Riyadh – Mubasher: ADES Holding Company recorded net profits valued at SAR 388.36 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, down 3.62% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 402.97 million.
Revenues edged down by 0.27% to SAR 3.04 billion as of 30 June 2025 from SAR 3.05 billion a year earlier, according to the financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) declined to SAR 0.35 in the first six months (6M) of 2025 from SAR 0.36 in H1-24.
Results for Q2-25
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the Saudi group posted 5.16% YoY lower net profits at SAR 191.68 million, compared to SAR 202.12 million.
In April-June 2025, the revenues grew by 3.51% to SAR 1.57 billion from SAR 1.52 billion in the year-ago period.
Quarterly, the Q2-25 profits declined by 2.54% from SAR 196.67 million in Q1-25, while the revenues increased by 7.39% from SAR 1.47 billion.
Dividends for H1-25
The board members greenlighted interim cash dividends valued at SAR 231.19 million for H1-25. A total of 1.10 billion eligible shares will receive SAR 0.21 per share.
Eligibility and payment dates for the H1-25 dividends will be 19 August and 1 September, respectively.
